General Layout
The layout documents the furniture arrangement, circulation, a small meeting area, reception and workstation functions, and a video wall.
Flooring Layout
The drawing documents flooring finish zones, VL-1 dark-gray vinyl tile, integrated LED line information and a raised +150 condition where shown.
Reflected Ceiling Plan
Ceiling and lighting information including gypsum ceiling at +3000 and +3200, baffle ceiling at approximately +3100, LED spotlights, pendant linear lighting and continuous LED strip lighting.
Enlarged Sectional Elevations
The enlarged sectional elevations coordinate ceiling levels, wall treatments including a dark-gray textured finish, grooves where indicated, strip and indirect lighting, dimensions, and junctions between wall and ceiling elements.
