The project develops a two-level private office through clear functional zoning, efficient circulation and the separation of executive, collaborative and support spaces.

Ground Floor — Space Planning
The ground floor organizes reception, meeting and collaborative functions alongside open work areas, management offices and supporting service spaces.

The area study quantifies the ground-floor programme and shows how the available floor area is distributed among work, meeting, reception, support and circulation functions.
First Floor — Space Planning
The first floor concentrates executive and departmental functions, combining private offices, shared work areas, waiting and support spaces within a more controlled organizational layout.
First Floor — Area Allocation
The first-floor area study documents the distribution of executive, departmental and support spaces and verifies the allocation of each function within the available floor area.
